At Ikili, we cook, grill and braise just like grandma used to: with the same passion as someone who stewed for her grandchildren and with local market products. We do all of this with a touch of avant-garde, exoticism or whatever our heart desires.

Traditional Basque cuisine. Rooted in our soil, with branches open to the world. We are grillers, we work with fresh produce from the orchards of Gipuzkoa and local producers to create recipes from our homeland… and a few other places. Lifelong recipes and new flavors. Our goal? To create a tasty, cherished and exquisite cuisine. Ah! And with a twist: our twist. Welcome home. On egin!

Bar

A bar that values service. Open for breakfasts (sweet or savory, frugal or copious, traditional or modern), the hamaiketakos (brunch), a meal or a coffee with a chat. We have prepared an extensive pintxos menu with the classics we all love, the tapas we’ve always wanted to see in a bar and perfect Iberian snacks.

Our team

Behind Ikili there is a team of more than twenty people that combines both youth and experience. And we all get along very well. There are kids from Tolosaldea and youngsters who have arrived from the other side of the ocean. We are united by our love of gastronomy and our desire to provide the best possible services.

IKILI IN PRIVATE

If you wish to celebrate a lunch, dinner or a special event, at Ikili we have a private dining room for 15 people. It is separated from our kitchen by a large pane of glass, ideal for appreciating the live cooking show.
